Nestled in the picturesque countryside just outside Bath, a heartwarming story unfolded as two dedicated paramedics exchanged vows in a ceremony filled with love, laughter, and a touch of heroism. Dan & Lottie, both committed to saving lives, found their own love story blossoming amidst the adrenaline-fuelled world of emergency services.
Lottie pulled up to the church in a vintage 1980s ambulance, the bright white exterior gleaming in the sunlight. The unique choice of vehicle turned heads, a perfect blend of whimsy nostalgia. Guests turned to see Lottie step out in a stunning dress, the contrast of elegance and quirkiness leaving everyone smiling.
The guests were treated to a beautiful service. Where I was allowed to roam with freedom (which is not always the case) around the church to capture some stunning pics.
I was lucky enough to be a passenger in the Ambulance for the short journey back to Lottie's parents' house for the reception.
The beautiful marquee was a sight to behold, draped in soft, twinkling fairy lights and adorned with lush floral arrangements that added a touch of romance to the atmosphere. As guests settled in for the speeches, laughter filled the air. Friends and family shared heartfelt stories, raising glasses to toast the newlyweds.
As dinner wrapped up, the anticipation grew for the young band that was set to take the stage. When they started playing, the energy shifted instantly; their upbeat sound and infectious enthusiasm had everyone on their feet. The dance floor filled with guests of all ages, moving and grooving to a mix of classic hits and modern anthems. It was a night of celebration, where the marquee transformed into a vibrant hub of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Capturing Dan and Lottie's wedding was an absolute joy and privilege. From the heartfelt vows to the vibrant celebrations, every detail told a unique story. Watching their friends and family come together to celebrate their union made the day even more special. It felt amazing to be part of such a significant occasion, and I couldn’t have asked for a more delightful couple to photograph. Thank you for making me obsessed with ABBA x
